Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: October 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through vesperlabel.com.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Vesper Label ships internationally to most countries and territories.
Shipping availability may depend on:
-
the destination country;
-
local import restrictions;
-
carrier availability;
-
sanctions or legal restrictions;
-
logistical limitations; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil an order where shipping to the destination is legally prohibited or reasonably impossible.
2. SHIPPING COST
Vesper Label currently offers free standard shipping worldwide, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
If alternative or premium shipping options are offered, any additional charge will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the order.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Processing time refers to the period required to:
-
confirm the order;
-
perform payment and fraud checks where necessary;
-
prepare the merchandise;
-
pack the order; and
-
hand the parcel to the shipping carrier.
Business days generally exclude:
-
Saturdays;
-
Sundays; and
-
public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional events or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery typically takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.
The typical total estimated delivery time is therefore:
7 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
These delivery times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery date is expressly stated.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
-
destination;
-
carrier;
-
customs clearance;
-
local postal services;
-
weather;
-
public holidays;
-
strikes;
-
transportation disruption;
-
peak shopping periods;
-
incorrect delivery information; or
-
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where mandatory consumer law requires delivery by a specific date or within a specific period, those legal requirements remain fully applicable.
5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
All Vesper Label orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may require some time after dispatch to become active.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information after shipment.
6. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
In some circumstances, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
This may occur due to:
-
inventory location;
-
product availability;
-
logistics arrangements; or
-
fulfilment requirements.
If an order is split into multiple parcels, the customer may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that all items in the order were shipped in that parcel.
Where an order is legitimately split into several shipments, no additional standard shipping fee will be charged unless clearly agreed otherwise.
7. DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please carefully verify:
-
full recipient name;
-
street name;
-
house or building number;
-
apartment or unit number where applicable;
-
postal or ZIP code;
-
city;
-
state, province or region where applicable;
-
country; and
-
any other information required for successful delivery.
Vesper Label is not responsible for delivery difficulties caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to mandatory consumer law.
8. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at:
We will try to update the address if your order has not yet entered processing or fulfilment.
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Customers should therefore carefully review their information before completing checkout.
9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may:
-
be returned to the sender;
-
be held by the carrier;
-
be redirected;
-
incur additional charges; or
-
in some jurisdictions, be disposed of by the carrier.
Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable and actual additional costs resulting directly from an address error provided by the customer may be charged to the customer or deducted from any applicable refund.
We will not impose arbitrary penalties.
10. UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to receive or collect their parcels.
Where a parcel is:
-
held at a collection point;
-
awaiting collection after an attempted delivery;
-
awaiting customs clearance; or
-
otherwise awaiting customer action,
the customer should act within the period specified by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or claimed, reasonable actual additional shipping or return costs may be charged or deducted from an applicable refund where legally permitted.
Failure to collect a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.
Customers wishing to exercise a right of withdrawal should notify us clearly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid legal reason, the parcel may be returned to us.
Where permitted by law, actual carrier, return or administrative shipping costs directly caused by an unjustified refusal may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable.
This does not affect situations where the customer lawfully refuses delivery because, for example, the parcel is visibly damaged or the goods are not those ordered.
12. ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED
Carrier tracking information may be used as important evidence when investigating a delivery claim.
If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please first:
-
check the delivery location;
-
check around your property;
-
check with household members;
-
check with neighbours where appropriate;
-
check any designated safe place;
-
check your building reception or concierge where applicable; and
-
contact the carrier.
You should then contact us promptly at:
We may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
We may also request or obtain available carrier evidence, including:
-
GPS delivery data;
-
delivery photographs;
-
proof of delivery;
-
signature records;
-
delivery scans;
-
carrier statements; or
-
other relevant tracking information.
A tracking status marked as “Delivered” will be taken into account as evidence but will not automatically override mandatory consumer law.
Where the available evidence establishes that the parcel was properly delivered to the customer, an authorised recipient or another location validly designated by the customer, Vesper Label will not be responsible for subsequent loss, theft or misplacement to the extent permitted by law.
13. TRANSFER OF RISK
Where French or applicable EU consumer law applies, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with Vesper Label until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to transfer that risk earlier than permitted by mandatory law.
If the customer independently chooses a carrier that was not offered by Vesper Label, different statutory risk rules may apply.
14. LOST PARCELS
If tracking information suggests that a parcel may have been lost in transit, please contact us.
Before issuing an appropriate remedy, we may:
-
review the tracking history;
-
contact the carrier;
-
request that the carrier open an investigation;
-
verify the shipping address; and
-
request reasonable information from the customer.
Carrier investigations may take time.
Where an order is confirmed as lost before the risk has legally transferred to the customer, Vesper Label will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.
15. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Carrier or customs delays may occasionally occur.
If tracking remains active and shows that the parcel is still in transit, this does not necessarily mean that the parcel is lost.
However, nothing in this policy removes the customer's legal remedies if Vesper Label fails to deliver within a legally binding delivery period.
Where applicable French consumer law applies, Vesper Label remains subject to statutory delivery obligations.
16. DELIVERY DEADLINES
The delivery estimates shown on our website form part of the information provided to customers before purchase.
If no specific delivery date or period has been agreed, applicable French consumer law may require delivery without undue delay and no later than the statutory maximum period.
Where a legally applicable delivery deadline is not respected, customers may have statutory rights to require delivery within an additional reasonable period and, where applicable, cancel the contract if delivery still does not occur.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
17. DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC EVENT
Unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing, estimated delivery dates are not guarantees that an order will arrive before a particular:
-
holiday;
-
wedding;
-
birthday;
-
vacation;
-
event;
-
party;
-
ceremony; or
-
other personal deadline.
Customers ordering for a specific event should allow sufficient additional time for possible carrier or customs delays.
This section does not affect any legally binding delivery date expressly agreed with Vesper Label.
18. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CLEARANCE
International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.
Customers may be required to provide information or documentation requested by:
-
customs;
-
the carrier;
-
local authorities; or
-
import agents.
Vesper Label cannot control the speed of customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for responding promptly to legitimate customs or carrier requests.
19. CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND FEES
Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to:
-
import duties;
-
VAT or sales tax;
-
customs charges;
-
clearance fees;
-
carrier brokerage fees; or
-
other government-imposed charges.
Where such amounts are not expressly included or collected at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.
Vesper Label does not determine or control charges independently imposed by foreign customs authorities.
The customer is responsible for any such charges where applicable, unless applicable law or the terms displayed at checkout provide otherwise.
20. REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES
If a customer refuses to pay legitimately applicable import charges and the parcel is consequently returned, additional carrier or customs costs may be incurred.
Where permitted by law, actual additional costs caused by the refusal may be deducted from an applicable refund.
If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed or not returned by the carrier or customs authority because the customer failed to complete legally required import formalities, we will assess the circumstances individually and apply applicable consumer law.
21. CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
Vesper Label will not knowingly falsify customs declarations.
We will not:
-
intentionally declare merchandise as a gift when it is not a gift;
-
materially understate a product's value;
-
misdescribe merchandise to avoid customs charges; or
-
provide false documentation.
Customers may not require us to make false customs declarations.
22. DAMAGED PARCELS
Customers should inspect their parcel and merchandise promptly after delivery.
If the parcel appears seriously damaged upon delivery, where appropriate you should:
-
take photographs before opening it;
-
retain the outer packaging;
-
take photographs of the merchandise;
-
retain the shipping label; and
-
contact us as soon as possible.
Please notify us at labelvesper@gmail.com within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged.
Prompt notification allows us to preserve evidence and pursue a carrier claim where appropriate.
The 48-hour request does not remove any statutory right or legal guarantee that cannot lawfully be limited.
23. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive:
-
the wrong item;
-
the wrong size compared with what was ordered;
-
the wrong colour compared with what was ordered; or
-
an order with an item genuinely missing,
please contact us within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible.
Please include:
-
your order number;
-
photographs of the parcel;
-
photographs of the items received;
-
photographs of the shipping label; and
-
a clear description of the issue.
We may review our fulfilment and shipping records before providing a remedy.
Nothing in this process removes mandatory legal rights.
24. DELIVERY INVESTIGATIONS
Where there is a disputed delivery, missing parcel or suspected shipping issue, Vesper Label may conduct a reasonable investigation before issuing a refund or replacement.
This may include reviewing:
-
carrier information;
-
tracking events;
-
package weight;
-
fulfilment records;
-
delivery images;
-
GPS information;
-
customer communications; and
-
other relevant evidence.
Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with legitimate investigations.
Any investigation will not be used to unlawfully delay or deny a remedy to which the customer is legally entitled.
25. FRAUDULENT DELIVERY CLAIMS
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent claims.
Examples may include:
-
falsely claiming non-delivery after confirmed receipt;
-
manipulating or falsifying tracking evidence;
-
submitting false photographs;
-
deliberately providing misleading delivery information; or
-
repeatedly making inconsistent claims.
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a claim is fraudulent, we may provide relevant evidence to:
-
payment processors;
-
banks;
-
carriers;
-
insurers; or
-
competent authorities,
where legally permitted.
Nothing in this section allows Vesper Label to reject a legitimate consumer claim solely on suspicion.
26. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain products may not be available for shipment to particular jurisdictions due to:
-
local laws;
-
import restrictions;
-
carrier restrictions;
-
sanctions;
-
customs requirements; or
-
product-specific rules.
We may cancel an affected order where fulfilment would be unlawful or impossible.
If payment has already been received for an order we cannot lawfully fulfil, the affected amount will be refunded.
27. FORCE MAJEURE AND EXCEPTIONAL EVENTS
Delivery may be affected by exceptional events outside our reasonable control, including:
-
natural disasters;
-
war;
-
terrorism;
-
epidemics or pandemics;
-
major transportation disruption;
-
carrier network failures;
-
strikes;
-
government restrictions;
-
customs shutdowns;
-
severe weather; or
-
telecommunications failures.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such events.
Nothing in this clause removes any remedy that mandatory consumer law grants despite such circumstances.
28. RETURNS
This Shipping Policy relates primarily to delivery of orders to customers.
Returns are governed separately by our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless the return results from an error for which Vesper Label is legally responsible, direct return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility where legally permitted and disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
29. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Because we ship worldwide, shipping rules and mandatory consumer laws may vary by destination.
This policy provides our general shipping framework.
Where mandatory consumer law applicable to the customer's purchase grants rights that conflict with any provision of this policy, those mandatory rights will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
30. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
Changes may reflect:
-
carrier arrangements;
-
shipping destinations;
-
legal requirements;
-
logistics changes; or
-
changes to our business operations.
The shipping conditions applicable to an existing order will generally be those communicated when the customer placed the order, subject to applicable law.
